QTYJ series chocolate coating machine is to coat chocolate mass on varieus food such as biscuit, wafers, egg rolls, cake pie and snacks etc to form varieties of chocolate mass on the surface of chocolate food. This is the new machiney in our factory and can coat double colour in the surface of biscuit.
Advantages:
1. The belt of coating can adjust the bias automatically and can coat chocolate on the surface of bread and sandwiches. The coating areas can be controlled by vibration and wind.
2. The pull-type coating machine is with touch screen and controlled by PLC program.
3. The wind control device about ours are different from others, it is special design.
4. It only takes 20 minutes to clean the machine. There is a plate under the machine which can be filled with dirty.
5. The speed of the wind is on average and the chocolate can be coat with high quality, so as the products.
6. The length of the machine in the table is our traditional length. Also, we can tailor according to your requirements.
Pay attention to the function of double belt machine: Half of the belt can be coated with black chocolate and the others can be coated with white chocolate.
